Family Guide to Using and Making Herbal Remedies
Choosing the Right Herbal Remedies, Making Herbal Remedies, Growing Herbal Remedies
From ancient times until today, medically untrained women, moms and aunts, dads and grandparents, still provide the world's primary health care.
We might call them family herbalist.
You do not need to be an expert!
You do not need to know it all.
Just a beginner.
To choose:
simple homemade natural remedies,
that are safe,
effective,
and easy to use and to make.
Many herbs can be wildcrafted or grown at home. After all, many are considered to be weeds.
Others can be bought over the internet.
If you are overwhelmed and confused by the constant media bombardment on herbal and natural remedies,
Relax,
Take a deep breath and a sigh of relief.
Here it is at your fingertips, in a simple to understand format for beginners.
It may as simple as applying honey to a burn, drinking an herbal tea, making an herbal syrup or tincture. Who needs Tamiflu when you can make Elderberry syrup? Make non alcohol tinctures with glycerin or vinegar and honey.
Easy to make throat soothers, or a spray for sore throat.
You will discover that you are an herbalist!
